How much will my cleaning cost?

For every new cleaning request, we like to attend to provide an accurate quote of how long the clean will take and discuss with you a routine for the clean. You can however request a specific amount of hours for your clean and the price will then be calculated.

Do you provide a laundry service?

We are able to liaise with a local laundry service to have your items picked up on day of clean and returned to you within a couple of days. The payment is made by us and will be added to your invoice at the end of the month. Proof of receipt is always available.

We also provide an ironing service were you will be charged by the hour.

What if I want industrial cleaning in my apartment?

We have links to a number of other companies that provide services such as deep carpet cleans and industrial oven cleans. We can liase with these companies for you and arrange a suitable time for them to attend your property. With your permission, we will provide your billing details to the companies for payment or we can pay directly and invoice you at the end of the month with your cleaning bill.

Do I need to be present while the cleaners attend?

It is not required for you to be present at the property whilst the cleaning takes place, however this is completely your choice. We provide the option of leaving your keys with a concierge/neighbour or a copy of your key can be given to our office which will be locked away securely and only removed when needed. We do ask that you provide us with details of any alarms that may be on when we go to clean.

Can I be specific in my cleaning routine?

Your cleaning experience is personal to you and so please feel free to specify a cleaning routine that you would like us to stick to. Whether this is specific times/dates for our cleaners to attend or specific areas within your property that you would like cleaned on a more regular basis.

Do I need to supply any cleaning products or equipment?

The use of all of our cleaning products and equipment is included in the hourly price quoted to you. If you would prefer to use a specific product, please let us know and we can ensure your product is always used at your property.

How will I pay for my cleaning?

An invoice will be processed at the end of each month and sent out to you via post or email depending on your preferred method. The details for payment will be clearly stated at the bottom of the invoice or you can come into the office to pay by cash/cheque, details of which will be clearly stated on the invoice.

How do I cancel/rearrange my clean?

If you wish to cancel your cleaning service, please provide us with 48 hours notice by either telephone or email. We will then do our best to rearrange your clean for a day and time that suits you best.

Any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the clean will incur a 25% of your quoted price for that visit.

We understand there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that may affect the cleaning of your property and so please feel free to let us know if this is the case to avoid any further charge.

How do I terminate my cleaning contract?

Please provide one months notice from the date you wish to cancel your cleaning service.

What if I am unhappy with the service?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the clean, we will return within 24 hours of the complaint to complete the specified issues. Please contact the office on 0151 255 2299 to report this.
